Solar Water Heater System

The separated pressure-bearing water heater is composed of solar collector, water tank and controller.

Working principle:

1.      When the discrepant temperature of the solar collector and water tank reaches the set value, the controller shall start the circulation pump automatically.

2.      If the discrepant temperature of the collector and water tank does not reach the set value, the circulation pump shall be shut automatically.

3.      The circulation pump makes the heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically.

4.      The heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by heat exchanger in the water tank.

5.      In case the temperature of the water tank does not reach maximum, then start the auxiliary heating device.

Features:

1.      Pipeline is made of all red copper and conducted by heat transfer medium liquid.

2.      Water doesn’t flow in the vacuum tubes, and if one of the tubes is broken, the water in the water tank would not leak out. The solar water heater can be used as usual.

3.      Separated design made the installation unlimited.

Heat collector is separated from water tank, so it can be installed flexibly without limit. The collector can be put on both tilted roof and flat roof. It is combined with construction ideally.

4.      Tank is equipped with electric water heater device and automatic temperature controller.

5.      Intelligent control and automatic operation.

6.      The water tank is placed indoors and it is in favor of reducing the heat loss of water tank.

7.      You can have hot water 24 hours per day.
